| REACH Lilly MDR-TB Partnership Media Fellowships |

| The REACH Lilly MDR-TB Partnership Media Fellowships provide working journalists from local language newspapers with support to undertake in-depth analysis of various aspects of TB in India. The Fellowships are intended to encourage journalists to explore TB as a critical public health concern in India, by identifying and developing stories that remain untold. |
| A journalist is eligible to apply for a Media Fellowship if s/he: |

Works with a local language newspaper (i.e, other than English) in India; |
 |
Has demonstrated interest and ability in reporting on health issues; |
 |
Has received the approval of his/her editor or manager to participate in this programme; |
 |
Submits an application to REACH before the deadline, along with copies of at least two previously published stories on health
issues. |

| All those chosen as Fellows will receive Rs 20,000 to support any related travel and research expenses. Over a period of three months, Fellows are responsible for researching and producing a minimum of three in-depth stories on a TB-related theme or issue. |
| The Fellowship Process |

Identify a key issue or theme related to TB that you would like to explore and that is relevant to your specific readership. |

Submit the completed application form to REACH. |

If you are chosen for a Fellowship, we will get in touch soon. |
 |
Visit Chennai for an orientation programme where we will help you develop your idea and identify resource persons. |
 |
Research and produce a series of 3 in-depth stories on your chosen subject. |
 |
Have your stories published. |
